Our latest solo

Our most motivated student, Curtis Cavanaugh soloed in a Cessna 172, N136LM, on a Wednesday morning, September 1 this year at the home field, KRYY. Proud instructor RJ Schramm (also club president at this time) verified no new damage to the aircraft following the perilous flight. Curtis is pursuing his flight training the hard way - he studied for a year and took the written test before any flight training (score 93).
